Our rates are already at a direct booking special for added value for our direct bookers.

Did you know that special rates apply when booking directly with us?  ‘YES’ we do prefer offering our guest a special rate, so please do send us your enquiry. We also offer special rates for payment methods such as Bank Transfer or Cash, to avoid high credit card charges.

*For larger groups or longer bookings, please enquire for an extra special rate, and we will happily assist.

Minimum Stays

Prior to booking on some special dates such as YEARS END, EASTER WEEKEND and special event weekends, like our famous CAPE TOWN ARGUS CYCLE TOUR; please do check with us for minimum stay periods. You might not see that online and think we’re fully booked, we are happy to assist and remain flexible where possible.

*6days YEARS END  *3 days EASTER WEEKEND and  *3days for SPECIAL EVENTS

Please do note that our rates are calculated on a ROOM BASIS UNIT per/night, for 1(single) or 2 persons sharing. Children rates are at NO CHARGE for 1 x child (only) under the age of 6yrs.

*Please see our 3rd person rates below. Rates include taxes. Additional full Breakfast charged at  R180 p/p & R100 for children under 13 years of age.

    All confirmed reservations requires valid credit card details.
    (Visa / Mastercard, card holder name, card number, 3 or 4 digit security code & expiry date)
    To secure your reservation, in relation to our policy, terms and conditions; a full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
    With the exception of: (High Season *20 DEC to 05 JAN – 60 days apply), applies to large group bookings as well.

    Payment methods:

    • We accept a bank transfer options and cash payments too, please contact us directly.

    • Alternatively, our establishment will issue a secure online payment link for Credit Card deposit due.

    • Please note, we only accept VISA / MASTERCARD, and local debit cards.

    Cancellations & Modifications:

    • 31 (*61) days prior to arrival…no charges apply

    • 29 (*59) days up to date of arrival, full charge applies

    • (High Season *20 DEC to 05 JAN – 60 to 30 days apply as above)
